Jorge creates a very innovative act with world renowed rhythmic gymnastic Almudena Cid fusing magic with gym, presented at Buesa Arena in Vitoria for a 10.000 people audience.
Collaborates in the TV Show Por Arte de Magia Antena 3 Group. Creates Magic 360º, a new show concept with international acts presenting magic in a round stage completely surrounded by 1200 audience members.
Jorge performs his full-evening show El arte de la magia (The Art of Magic) at Coliseum Theater in Barcelona. He premiers his new theater show “Birlibirloque” at Compac Theater in Gran Via, Madrid. He also directs Madrid´s 2nd International Magic Festival bringing the worlds greatest magicians to an audience over 16,000.
Together with Fernando Botella, Jorge writes La fuerza de la Ilusión (The Power of Illusion), a book revealing 10 magic principles to succeed at your work and achieve corporate excellence.
Jorge performs at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles in an all-star magic show conducted by Neil Patrick Harris. He creates his full-evening theater show Existe la Magia (There Is Magic), performed at Teatro Nuevo Apolo (Madrid). Existe la Magia sold out for the entire season.
Along with magician Luis Piedrahita and scriptwriter Rodrigo Sopeña, Jorge creates and directs Nada × aquí, a series of over forty-five 50-minute weekly magic specials produced for prime-time television that aired for three consecutive seasons.
Jorge writes his first book Magia para no dejar de soñar (Martínez Roca, Planeta) with a foreword by Juan Tamariz. He becomes the magician for Disney Channel in Spain and Portugal, where he performs weekly on television.
Jorge stars in a magic-themed campaign for television, cinema and printed media for Telefónica, Spain’s largest telephone and communication provider: Líneas RDSI. He becomes a household name in his country. He also conducts Magiatrix, a magic segment in Club Megatrix, a daily tv show for children on Antena 3 Televisión.
At the age of 19 Jorge attends the Monte Carlo Magic Stars Festival, where H.M. Prince Rainier awards him the prestigious Golden Magic Wand. In Las Vegas he receives the SARMOTI award to the most impressive new talent from magic stars Siegfried & Roy.
He starts studying magic at the Juan Tamariz Academy in Madrid. He discovers magic at the age of 12 and creates his first magic act.
